Subscription Overview

Subscribers will receive one T-shirt each month according to their chosen subscription plan. Plans may include variations in the amount of products per month and frequency of payment.

Subscribers can update their preferences, such as size or payment frequency, via their account dashboard. Changes must be made before the monthly cut-off date (The 15th of the month) to apply to the current subscription cycle.


Pricing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly, quarterly or yearly in advance and include shipping costs as well as applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments will be automatically deducted from the payment method provided during registration. Pricing changes, if any, will be communicated at least 10 days in advance.


Cancellation, Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.

Refunds are not offered for partial months or for products that have already been shipped, but defective items may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges may be allowed for size preferences, subject to availability and within a specified timeframe (e.g., 14 days).

Return shipping costs are the subscriber's responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defect.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as natural disasters or postal disruptions. Liability for defective items is limited to a replacement or refund of the subscription fee.


Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is generally included in the subscription fee unless otherwise noted. Delivery times vary based on the subscriber's location. Subscribers must ensure their shipping address is accurate, as the company is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
